My values define me.
My highest values are: Integrity. Intelligence. Passion. In that order.
The order may not seem to matter much: till it does. And then it matters a lot.
Values, and their order, will underlie everything we do at Blazetrue.
I am Passionate about entrepreneurship and business.
To me, business owners and entrepreneurs are magical beings who expand and enhance our world through their products and services.
I am a serial entrepreneur, and have founded 10 ventures and worked in 14 startups. 11 of them succeeded, 3 of them failed. So I really understand that running a business is often a very difficult and lonely journey for you.
You are alone when making all the key strategic decisions that decide the future of your business. You alone have to take ultimate responsibility for all the dozens of functions in your business. Also, gradually you are so immersed within the complexities of your business that you lose the clear perspective you once had of your larger personal and business goals.
My key expertise is in being the honest thought partner who relentlessly challenges your thinking about your business, about your market, and about the principal architect of your business (yes, you!) and supports you in your quest to continuously improve your business. And I will hold you accountable to the goals and standards you set for yourself.
I believe that only businesses and people headed for disaster think that they are beyond improvement. So, I only partner and consult with independent entrepreneurs - mainly small business owners, startups, and aspiring entrepreneurs - who are truly looking to challenge themselves to find the best way forward for their business.

Blazetrue may not be the best choice for everybody. These are the main reasons why, maybe, you should NOT partner with me:
1. Mutual Values: Integrity, intelligence, and passion, are my highest values: if those values do not match yours, we cannot build a trusting relationship.
2. Independent Only: I work directly with independent entrepreneurs and business owners who aim for happier customers and higher profits. I neither understand, nor work with, funding focused businesses who are primarily aiming for happier investors and higher funding.
3. All or Nothing: I enjoy understanding a business in its entirety and driving its holistic growth, and do not undertake smaller, specialized engagements. For example, while I can offer excellent design or marketing guidance as part of a larger engagement, I do not consult only on product design or market research.
4. Limited Scale: My approach and skills, are best suited for small independent businesses and bootstrapped startups, typically with annual revenue below ₹ 100 crores. If your scale is much larger than that, I may not be your best choice.
5. Lazy Secrets: My exposure to success, in life and in business, is limited to men and women who have worked hard to achieve their success. If you are seeking a secret recipe for quick success without committed effort, I will only disappoint you.
6. Non Negotiable: I do not negotiate. On values. On quality. On pricing. If negotiation is integral to your life, Blazetrue is not for you.
